What kind of kpop items do you sell?
We sell albums, official merchandise, lightsticks, and fan-made goods!
Do your albums count towards music charts?
Yes! Our supplier counts towards HANTEO & Circle Chart!
How do you decide what items to sell?
We want to be as inclusive as possible when it comes to our inventory. A wide-variety of groups/artists is what we strive for! It’s a mixture of both older, current, and upcoming items that will be in our shop.
Can I request groups/artists?
We’re always wanting suggestions on products to stock in our store! If there’s something you’d like to see, feel free to contact us and we’ll do the best we can to source the items!
What’s your shipping policy?
Standard shipping time: 2-5 business days.
All of our orders will be shipped out through USPS.
All packages will be wrapped in bubble wrap or in a bubble mailer for protection.
We are not responsible for any unfortunate damage that may happen during shipment.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
If something were to happen to your album such as internal damage or the wrong items, we will refund the order 100% after communication about the order.
Outside damage to the mailing package, items that were opened during shipment from the postal service, or items delivered to the wrong address, cannot be refunded.
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so before the shipment notification has been given.
